Welcome to Cristal Forde's Language and Travel Hub! By purchasing, booking, or participating in any of our online Spanish classes or travel experiences, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Introduction Cristal Forde's Language and Travel Hub ("we," "us," "our") provides online Spanish language instruction and organizes international travel experiences. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors with parental/guardian consent. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Payments and Fees

• All payments for Spanish classes are non-refundable.

• Partial payments (deposits or installment payments) toward travel experiences are non-refundable.

• Full trip payments are 50% refundable if cancellation is requested at least 30 days prior to the trip start date.

• Refunds for cancellations requested less than 30 days before the trip start date will be at the discretion of the hostess.

• Any refunds issued, whether discretionary or under this policy, will be subject to a 7% transaction processing fee for trips and 10% for classes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cristal.hablemostt@gmail.com . Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trip participants.

5. Code of Conduct

For Online Spanish Classes:

• Participants must keep their cameras on during class sessions.

• Participants must be dressed appropriately for class: no bare backs, visible undergarments, or inappropriate exposure.

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and classmates at all times.

• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated and may result in removal from classes without refund.

For Travel Experiences:

• Participants must treat fellow travelers, guides, local communities, and the hostess with respect and courtesy.

• Participants must comply with all trip rules provided by the hostess, including health and safety guidelines.

• Participants must disclose any illnesses before and during the trip and comply with any health-related protocols as instructed.

• Participants must follow instructions related to group timings, logistics, and conduct during all activities.

• Behavior that endangers others, disrupts the group, or violates local laws will result in immediate removal from the trip at the participant's own expense, with no refund provided.

6. Intellectual Property All course materials, content, lesson plans, branding, and travel itineraries provided by Cristal Forde's Language and Travel Hub are the intellectual property of the business and of those whom the owner has purchased rights to use and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability By participating in our services, you acknowledge that travel and online activities carry inherent risks. Cristal Forde's Language and Travel Hub is not responsible for personal injury, illness, accidents, property damage, or other losses arising during participation in classes or trips. Participants join at their own risk.

8. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

9. Changes to Terms Cristal Forde's Language and Travel Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
